Our goal at USDI is to provide a positive relationship with both customers and our entire staff by developing a relaxed, politically free and satisfying rewarding environment.  Our equally important goal is to assist all our customers, large and small, such that interface with USDI makes their job easier; furthermore, if that means sending them to a competitor, we will do exactly that.  Making a less stressful environment and honest relationship for employees and customers by doing the job right.
