USDI Cancellation Policy

 

All Orders may be modified or cancelled without penalty if such notification is made within 4 (four) hours of order acknowledgement or is Seller has not initiated any step in production of product modification.

For any order placed for Conveyor Rollers, once this order has gone into production it is considered not-returnable and non-refundable.  The buyer will be responsible for payment of the full price of the product.

Due to the 4 (four) hour time requirement we ask you please call customer service at 1-706-374-4040 and reference the sales order number noted on the acknowledgement for any order cancellation.
